FRIEND CITY COUNCIL
MINUTES-SPECIAL WORKING SESSION
March 9, 2022
Mayor Knoke called the special session meeting of the City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall. Councilmembers present Kristen Milton, and David Sladek, and Shane Stutzman absent Jeremy Collier.
As required by the Nebraska Open Meetings Act, Mayor Knoke announced that a copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act has been posted on the south door of the City Hall meeting room for all in attendance to review.
Mayor Knoke led the pledge of allegiance.
Discussion was heard regarding the CD for the Light Department in Milligan.
Motion by Sladek, seconded by Stutzman, to cash the CD in Milligan and reinvest for 60 months at Citizens State Bank of Friend. On roll call voting ayes Milton, Sladek, and Stutzman. Nays none. Absent Collier.
No further business to come before the City Council, motion was made by Milton, seconded by Stutzman, to adjourn the meeting. On roll call voting aye, Sladek, Stutzman, and Milton. Nays none. Absent Collier Meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
