Building Rental
Ihde Clubhouse in park: $100/day
Grange Community building downtown: $50/day
Early set-up must be arranged with City Hall beforehand, and may incur additional charges.
Rental fees are payable by check or cash only at this time.
Please call City Hall for building availability. Rental is 24 hours from 12:01am until 11:59pm.
Building rental fee will be deposited in bank as received. This payment reserves your use of the building.
Please bring Building Deposit fee to City Hall when picking up building key. Deposit will be held until key is returned and building is deemed in acceptable state, at which point deposit check will be shredded.
